Koskie Minsky lawyers to participate in Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers Annual Conference, Saskatoon, June 10-13

Members of Koskie Minsky will once again contribute to the social and educational activities of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers Annual Conference, to be held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan June 10-13, 2010. Laurie Kent will moderate a panel on effective preparation for hearing. Graham Williamson will chair a plenary session on the Constitution, International Law and Labour Law. Elizabeth Mitchell will participate in a session focussing on the construction industry, ongoing challenges to craft unions and effective strategies for dealing with employee associations and employer friendly unions. Susan Philpott will provide an update on recent judicial and legislative developments in insolvency law.
